Providing Everything You Need
Initial Nutrition Consult
Free 15 minute consultation to discuss your personal health goals, and how nutrition counseling services could benefit you.
60 minute Initial Visit
1 hour initial visit to review your medical history and take a dietary history, inclusive of a diet recall and discussion of food issues.
30 minute Follow ups
Once we have established your goals, we will continue to meet on an as needed basis in 30-60 minute sessions depending on your needs.
